Artwork

For best print quality, customer-provided artwork should be 300 DPI and print ready at the intended production size. Additional artwork preparation, design work or digitizing may require an additional charge.

Embroidery Digitizing

Embroidery artwork may require digitizing before production. Digitizing charges vary by design complexity.

Custom Order Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to begin custom orders. The remaining balance is due at pickup or completion unless otherwise agreed.

Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, spelling, colors, placement, sizes and other order details before production begins. Production starts after approval.

Shipping & Rush Orders

Shipping is quoted per order. Rush production is subject to availability and may require an additional charge.
