Custom Embroidered Richardson Hat

Put your business, team, organization or custom design on a professionally embroidered Richardson hat from RJ Graphics & Design.

Standard Hat

• Richardson is our standard hat brand
• Richardson 112 styles are available in a wide range of color combinations
• Other Richardson, Flexfit and specialty hat styles can be special ordered when available
• Local pickup or shipping available

Embroidery

Your logo or artwork is prepared for embroidery and stitched directly onto the hat. Standard flat embroidery is available, and 3D puff embroidery may be available for designs that are suitable for puff.

Pricing

Single custom hats are $25 each.

• 10–24 hats with the same design: $23 each
• 25+ hats with the same design: $20 each

Bulk pricing applies automatically when the qualifying quantity of this Richardson hat product is added to the cart. All hats in the bulk order must use the same embroidered design/logo. Hat colors may be selected from available options.

Digitizing

A one-time digitizing fee may apply when artwork must be converted into an embroidery-ready stitch file. Digitizing requirements and pricing depend on the design.

Artwork

Clean vector artwork or a high-resolution logo is preferred. We will review artwork for embroidery suitability before production and may recommend adjustments for small lettering, fine details or 3D puff.
