Embroidery

Your logo or artwork is prepared for embroidery and stitched directly onto the hat. Standard flat embroidery is available, and 3D puff embroidery may be available for designs that are suitable for puff.

Pricing

Single custom hats start at $30 each. Orders of 20 or more hats start around $20 each and are quoted based on hat style, embroidery and quantity.

Digitizing

A one-time digitizing fee may apply when artwork must be converted into an embroidery-ready stitch file. Digitizing requirements and pricing depend on the design.

Artwork

Clean vector artwork or a high-resolution logo is preferred. We will review artwork for embroidery suitability before production and may recommend adjustments for small lettering, fine details or 3D puff.

Custom order policy: A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due at pickup/completion. Customers must approve artwork, spelling, colors, placement and order details before production begins.
