Artwork & Digitizing

Clean vector artwork or a high-resolution logo is preferred. Artwork will be reviewed for embroidery suitability. A one-time digitizing fee may apply when artwork must be converted into an embroidery-ready stitch file.

Pricing

Single custom hats are $25 each.

  • 10–24 hats with the same design: $23 each
  • 25+ hats with the same design: $20 each

Bulk pricing applies automatically when the qualifying quantity is added to the cart. All hats in the bulk order must use the same embroidered design/logo. Hat colors may be selected from available options.

Custom order policy: Customers must approve artwork, spelling, colors, placement and order details before production begins.

Artwork, Digitizing & Hat Details

Richardson 112 is our standard hat. Other Richardson styles and specialty hats may be available by special order. Upload clean artwork or an embroidery-ready file. New artwork has a one-time $10 digitizing fee. 3D puff availability depends on the design.
